Use the "Sign Up" option and choose Agent/Broker or Property Manager. This gives you access to your own panel to manage listings, leads, and applications.

Listings only appear publicly once their status is Active and their publish date has arrived. Draft or pending listings stay private until approved.

Clients can leave a rating and review after working with you. Your average rating and review count are shown on your public agent profile.

Agents listed on a property can answer questions, schedule viewings, and guide you through an offer or lease. Contact them directly from the property page.

Sign up as a Landlord, then add your property from your panel with the listing type set to "Sale". You can list houses, land, and plots.

Malawian land is held as Customary, Leasehold, or Freehold. Each listing shows its tenure type and title deed number where available — always confirm details before purchasing.

Sign in, open a rental listing, and submit a rental application. Track its status any time from "My Applications" in your account menu.

Once a lease is created in your Landlord panel, rent payments can be recorded and tracked there, including mobile money payment methods.

Property managers can review ID verification and reference checks submitted with each rental application before approving a tenant.
